RETURN/ REPRODUCTION POLICY
Business T-Shirt Club LLC. does not accept returns for any of our ordered items or any other products and services we provide. Returns will not be accepted. If Business T-Shirt Club LLC. determines the reason for the return or request is due to it's own errors, we will simply re-produce and/or re-order the items at no additional charges, including shipping, to the member. This issue must be presented to us within 14 days of receiving that item/service. Please provide the following information in the form of a support ticket or email/ Please be sure to include: company name, date of purchase, reason for return item(s) and a clear color picture(s) showing any defect(s), damages or errors in print work. In most cases, if Business T-Shirt Club LLC. determines the reason for the return is due to our own errors, we will simply re-produce the work and/or re-order the items at no charge to the member. We do not reproduce or replace items due to incorrect sizing selections, or garment color issues.
(In infrequent unforeseen circumstances where the order has to be shipped back to us for correction on our part, we will provide a shipping address for that specific case. )
